Inside One Vogue Editor’s Monochromatic, Witchy Wardrobe

As we continue our social-distancing pledge, the Vogue staff is working from home for the foreseeable future. This article is part of our This Week on Zoom column, where one Vogue editor shares their WFH outfits from the previous workweek—from the waist up, of course.

I really leaned into loungewear at the beginning of quarantine—I was wearing an assemblage of sweats, activewear, and knits. I abandoned my beloved but stiff jeans and heels that gave me much needed height, and my beloved jacket collection. My closet became a reminder of the past. j

But now that we are months into this, it feels indulgent and stagnant for me to continue dressing that way. I needed some kind of stimulation in my day—even if it’s just changing clothes. As work ramps up, I’ve been feeling reinvigorated to go back to my closet. I’ve reinstated a few favorite pieces into my work week rotation. Staying true to my monochrome wardrobe, this is what I came up with.
