SHIPPING, RETURNS & REFUND
Free delivery for all orders over $300. International deliveries are operated by UPS or DHL Express services. Delivery can take from 2 to 5 business days. Delivery in Ukraine is operated by Nova Poshta and arrives within 2-3 business days. We will send you a tracking number in the Shipping notification email ones your order is ready.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
To accommodate any issues with fit, lessless robes will accept clothing orders for refund in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. Returned clothing must be completely unworn with original tags attached and packaging. Return should be proceed to our warehouse in Ukraine.
To return your product or if you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you return instructions. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please, be aware that you will be responsible for the shipping costs in case of return or exchange. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or a shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item if you don’t meet this condition. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not proceed refund to any discounted items (sales, special offers, pormocode discounts etc.). These items are only eligible for exchange or store credit.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SALE ITIMS (If applicable)
Items that were purchased on sale cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
